TERMS OF SERVICE
The following Terms of Service are entered into by and between You and Sage Simple Solutions LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
The “Service” or “Services” refers to any operations retainer services, consulting, coaching, digital products and courses, memberships, and mastermind experiences via video conferencing, messaging, email and live events provided for purchase on sagesimplesolutions.com (the “Site”).
Order Confirmation
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning Service delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Returns
All payments — including initial deposits — are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property Rights
We reserve all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, whether as images, text, audio, video, graphics, logos, documents, and/or software of the Site. All such content is the property of the Company or its suppliers. You agree to honor and respect our rights by limiting your use and any re-use by not copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, reverse engineering, offering for sale, or creating derivative works, and by leaving intact all copyright and trademark notices and legend for content of the Site. The Site, Service, or Product content is not for resale, and you agree to use our content solely for your individual use. Do not make any other use of the content without the express written permission of the Company and the copyright owner. No other licenses or rights, express or implied, are granted to you.
The Company logo, trademarks, name, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company and/or its affiliates or licensors, and you agree not to use them without prior written permission of the Company or proper owner. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.
LAWFUL PURPOSES
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to purchase products and services through the Site for legitimate purposes only. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Governing Law
This contract is governed by the law of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You agree without reservation to personal jurisdiction in the Kentucky courts in the event of dispute concerning this agreement or your use of this service. If you file suit against us in a state other than Kentucky, you agree that this clause means your case is subject to automatic dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiction.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITES OR SERVICE. ADDITIONALLY, SAGE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH (I) ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DENIAL OF SERVICE, ATTACK, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE; (II) LOSS OF REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA; AND (III) THIRD PARTY THEFT OF, DESTRUCTION OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF OUR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY. THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF SAGE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAGE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS’ CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM SAGE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS LLC, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU SAGE SIMPLE SOLUTIONS CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $7.
Your state may not allow limits on warranties. If so, these do not apply to you, and the remainder of this agreement is in effect.
